The Power-Halbred of Tygar:  The Power-Halbred of Tygaris amongst the most revered relics of the Ultra Templar.  Named after one of the first Chapter Masters.  It fell from his grasp as he was finally killed against hordes of Khorne Berzerkers, but was recovered by members of his trusted Honour Guard.  Thought to have originally been a gift from the Emperor, no Tech-Adept has ever been able to recreate this mighty weapon.  The Power-Halbred of Tygar is a master-crafted power-weapon that counts as a pair of lightning claws.  As the Halbred can be carried in one hand, however, it allows Toran Rinar to carry his combi-plasma gun as a side-arm.  Note that Toran Rinar only gains 1 extra close-combat attack for these weapons not 2.
